Why Patients Choose Us

The Region's Most Subspecialized Urology Practice

University Urology is a physician-owned, independent practice built around subspecialty expertise. Our urologists train beyond residency in their focused fields — which means you see the right specialist, not a generalist, for your condition.

🏥

Highest-Volume Urologic Surgeons in East Tennessee

Surgical volume directly correlates with outcomes. Our urologists perform more complex procedures than any other group in the region, with specialized fellowship training in oncology, endourology, andrology, and reconstructive urology.

⚕️

Independent, Physician-Owned Practice

No hospital system. No corporate ownership. Decisions about your care are made by your physician — not an administrator. Our doctors have the freedom to recommend what's right for you.

🤝

Seamless Specialist Coordination

Regional urologists, oncologists, and primary care physicians trust us with their most complex patients. We coordinate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive, guideline-based care.
