East Tennessee’s only HIFU and NanoKnife (IRE) program. Primary and salvage focal therapy for localized prostate cancer.
Transperineal Prostate Biopsy
MRI/ultrasound fusion-guided transperineal biopsy under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. Four physicians performing this procedure.
Bladder Cancer Treatments
TURBT, BCG, Anktiva, Adstiladrin, INLEXZO, Zusduri, Jelmyto, radical cystectomy, and neobladder reconstruction.
Advanced BPH Treatments
UroLift, iTind, Aquablation (only in the region), PAE, robotic simple prostatectomy, and medical management.
Kidney Stone Treatment
Urgent 24–48 hour access, ureteroscopy, ESWL, mini-PCNL, stent placement, and metabolic prevention program.
Vasectomy Center
In-office vasectomy with optional nitrous oxide. Vasectomy reversal by the region’s only fellowship-trained andrologist.
Erectile Dysfunction & Peyronie’s
Oral medications, injection therapy, VED, penile implant surgery, and Xiaflex for Peyronie’s disease.
Male Incontinence
AUS, male slings, post-prostatectomy incontinence management, and urethral reconstruction by a fellowship-trained reconstructive urologist.
Prostatic Artery Embolization (PAE)
